The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26th November at 8pm in the club house following the mixin session and all members received an email invite on 11th November with the agenda. Members were asked to rep[ly to this email to confirm their intentiopn to attend.

The AGM is the governing body of the club and sets the clubs objectives to be followed by the committee in the following year.

This year the club's finances provide an opportunity to further improve facilities. A paper providing more detail including other potential improvement options for comparison has also been emailed to members. Any major expenditure requires AGM approval so it is important for members to attend and contribute to any decision.

At every AGM, the committee comes up for re-election. Whilst the current committee is willing to stand for another year it has been unchanged for a number of years and any members wishing to join the committee should contact the club (using the Contact Us page on this website) so we can explain what is involved.

PS The Winkle Penalty draw will be made after the meeting tro decide who walks away with this years bottle of Taittinger.
