Fifteen teams (over 100 quizzers) packed Chilham Village Hall for the club's 2025 Wine & Wisdom.

There were 10 rounds of questions set by Pete Swan and an "....ology" running round which was collected at the half way stage. The club also ran a raflle with the now traditional magnum of Taittinger as one of the main prizes plus loads of other prizes donated by members and friends of the club.

In a close contest, with several of the teams seperated by only one point, the Pickle Ballers emerged triumphant.

The club is grateful for the support of all who entered this years quiz. Fund raisers like this are one of the key reasons why the club can maintain its membership fees well below other clubs in the area, and for an adult member marginally over £1 a week, making it an affordable option for as many as possible in the local area.

Next years quiz is planned for Saturday 10th October.
